Digital products, built with you
Courslly helps creators, experts and professionals turn hard-won knowledge into online courses, masterclasses and digital products. Strategy, production, platform and launch, handled by one team.
The real problem
The hard part was never having something worth teaching. It is turning years of experience into an offer people understand in a sentence, content they actually finish, and a product that holds up next to everything else they have paid for.
Then it has to be filmed, designed, built, priced, published and sold. Most people with real expertise stall somewhere in that list, and the product never ships.
That is the part we do.
Project 001
with Sascha Lotzmann
Sascha Lotzmann teaches barbecue under his own brand, Küstenglut. We turned that knowledge into a structured digital masterclass and the business around it: two courses produced end to end, the packaging and creative, and the platform it sells through.

From the creator
Sascha Lotzmann recorded this after we finished the BBQ Masterclass together. It is his own words, unedited, about what building the product with Courslly was actually like.

From knowledge to product
Six areas of work. Most projects need all of them, and they are much easier to get right when the same people handle the lot.
01
What the product is, who it is for, what it costs and why someone picks it over a free video. We pressure-test the idea before anything gets filmed.
02
Modules, lessons, order and pacing. We turn the way you already explain things into a path someone can finish, plus the material that makes it stick.
03
Scripting, filming, editing, sound, graphics and thumbnails. On location or remote, with a setup that does not require you to become a video producer.
04
Naming, logo, type, colour, packaging, key art and the visual language that runs across the product, the website and the ads.
05
Where the product lives and how it sells: course platform, landing pages, checkout, accounts, access, certificates and the emails around them.
06
The launch plan and the assets it needs. Then the part most people skip: reading what actually happened and changing the product because of it.
Why build one at all
A digital product is the difference between knowing something and being able to hand it to someone.
The same explanation, delivered properly, to everyone who needs it. Without booking another hour.
The answers you give again and again become something you can send once, and keep improving.
Your knowledge stops being limited to the people who can get to you in person or afford your day rate.
A workshop ends when the room empties. A product gets better with every version you ship.
Not everyone can work with you one to one. Most of them can buy a product.
Structuring what you know for other people is the fastest way to see it clearly yourself.
The Courslly process
Five stages. You stay the expert throughout; we carry the production and the technical side.
01.
We work out what the product actually is, who it is for and what it should cost. Better to change your mind here than after filming.
02.
Your knowledge becomes modules, lessons and an order that makes sense to someone starting from zero. You get a plan you can teach from.
03.
We film and edit, or direct your own recording. Graphics, packaging, PDFs and everything that ships alongside the videos.
04.
Platform, sales page, checkout, accounts and access. The whole path from someone landing on the site to sitting inside the product.
05.
We launch it properly, then look at what happened. Offers, pricing and content all get adjusted once real customers show up.
How it works together
You stay the expert and the face of the product. We handle everything that would otherwise force you to become a strategist, curriculum designer, editor, designer, web developer and funnel builder as well.
Who this is for
The format changes. The starting point does not: you know something other people want to learn.
You do not need a large following. You need something worth paying for and a willingness to be filmed explaining it.
Beyond courses
The right one depends on what you know, who you are teaching, how they buy and what they need to walk away with.
One deep subject, taught properly, start to finish.
A structured path with modules, exercises and a clear outcome.
Live and hands-on, often the fastest way to test an idea.
Ongoing access to you, your material and a group.
Short, specific, immediately useful. Often the first product.
The thing you would hand a client, packaged to sell.
A growing collection people subscribe to for access.
A group moving through the material together, on a schedule.
We start from what you know and who it is for, then choose the format. Not the other way round.
Why Courslly
01
Strategy, product, creative and technology from the same team, so the pieces fit instead of being handed between four suppliers who never speak.
02
You should still be recognisable in the finished product. We are not trying to replace your voice with a house style.
03
We decide what the product should be before deciding what shape it takes. The format follows the material, not a checklist.
04
A digital product is not finished at launch. We build it so modules, offers and pricing can change once you learn something.
05
We do not guarantee revenue, and anyone who does is guessing. We can build a serious product and give it a serious launch. Sales depend on your market, your offer and your audience.
Who you work with
Courslly was started by Daniel Golaszewski, who spent years building brands, websites and video work for other people and kept running into the same thing: someone with genuine expertise, a real audience, and no realistic way to turn that into a product.
The knowledge was there. What was missing was everything around it. Courslly exists to be that part, so the expert can stay the expert.

FAQ
If something here is not covered, ask us directly. We will give you a straight answer.
No. Most projects start from an idea, a body of experience and a rough sense of who it is for. Turning that into a defined product is the first stage of the work.
If you already have material, that is useful. We will tell you honestly what is worth keeping.
Tell us what you want to teach, build or sell. We will help you work out what the digital product should become, and whether it is worth building at all.
We use privacy-friendly analytics that need no cookies and run either way. Separately, Google Analytics gives us a deeper picture, and that one does set cookies — so it only runs if you say yes. You can change your mind at any time. Read the cookie policy.
