What we do

Everything between what you know and what people buy.

Six areas of work. Some projects need all of them, some need three. What follows is what we actually deliver, in plain terms, so you can tell whether it matches what you need.

Most people looking for help with a digital product have already tried to piece it together: a videographer here, a web person there, an editor somewhere else, and themselves in the middle translating between all of them.

That is the expensive way to do it. The decisions in these six areas depend on each other, and they go badly when they are made by different people who never speak. So we do them together.

What We Do

  1. 01

    Strategy

What the product is, who it is for, what it costs and why someone chooses it over the free version of the same information.

You know exactly what you are making and who it is for before anything gets filmed.

    • Product concept and scope
    • Audience definition and core promise
    • Positioning against what else they could buy
    • Pricing and offer structure, including tiers and bundles
    • An honest read on whether it is worth building
  2. 02

    Product Design

The structure of the thing itself: modules, lessons, order, pacing and everything that ships alongside the video.

A plan you can teach from, and a product someone can actually finish.

    • Module and lesson map
    • Learning path from first lesson to finished outcome
    • Scripts, outlines and talking points
    • Checklists, worksheets, templates and reference PDFs
    • Completion logic and certificates where they make sense
  3. 03

    Content & Production

Filming and post-production, on location or remote, with direction so you are not performing into a camera on your own.

Finished lessons that look like they were made on purpose.

    • Shoot planning, shot lists and location prep
    • On-location filming and direction
    • Editing, sound design and colour
    • Motion graphics, titles, lower thirds and intros
    • Thumbnails and in-product imagery
    • Remote-recording setup and coaching where filming on location is not practical
  4. 04

    Creative

The brand around the product: what it is called, what it looks like and how it holds together across every surface.

A product that looks like something, not like a folder of videos.

    • Naming and verbal direction
    • Logo, typography and colour
    • Product packaging and key art
    • Design system for the site and product
    • Social, promo and paid ad creative
  5. 05

    Technology

Where it lives and how it sells. We choose the stack per project rather than pushing one platform into every situation.

A working path from someone landing on the page to sitting inside the product.

    • Course platform selection and setup
    • Sales page, landing pages and product site
    • Checkout, payments and tax handling
    • Customer accounts, access control and lifetime access
    • Transactional and onboarding emails
    • Handover so you or your team can maintain it
  6. 06

    Launch

Getting it in front of people, then paying attention to what happens and changing the product because of it.

A launch with a plan behind it, and a product that keeps improving afterwards.

    • Launch plan and sequencing
    • Promo video and short-form creative
    • Ad creative and offer tests
    • Bundle, pricing and upsell structure
    • Post-launch review and iteration

How we work

One project at a time, properly.

We take on a small number of projects so each one gets real attention. That means we are sometimes booked, and it means we occasionally say a project is not a fit.

  • Scoped before started

You get a written scope, a schedule and a number before any work begins. If the budget does not fit the ambition, we say so rather than quietly cutting quality.

  • You stay the expert

We never put words in your mouth. Scripts and structure come from how you already explain things, tightened up.

  • Built to hand over

You end up owning the product, the platform and the assets. Nothing is locked to us.

  • Honest about limits

We are a small studio. Where a project needs a specialist we do not have in-house, we bring one in and tell you.

What is and isn't included

Being specific here saves everyone time.

We do

  • Product strategy, positioning and pricing structure
  • Curriculum and content design
  • Filming, editing and motion graphics
  • Brand, packaging and creative
  • Course platform, site and checkout setup
  • Launch assets and launch planning
  • Post-launch iteration

We don't

  • Guarantee sales, revenue or a return on your investment
  • Build your audience for you from nothing
  • Provide legal, tax or accounting advice for your product
  • Run long-term paid media management as a standalone service
  • Sell you a template and call it a strategy

Not sure which parts you need?

Most people aren't at the start. Tell us where you are and what you want to build, and we will tell you what the work would actually involve.
